The MTA deal exposes Rudy's guys and Rudy SAIC CityTime in my opinion guilty but no one in the press will ask him or Lhota or Quinn or Bill Thompson -- yes Bill Thompson allowed the SAIC robbery and abuse to go on and that was before Gerard Denault was hired!
Thompson's name on every page of the Valcich letter along with Bloomberg's.

Christine Quinn brushed aside 2 investigations in to CityTime brought by Tish James which should have shut SAIC down than but the Valcich letter should have shut down SAIC in 2003 but head of Dept of Investigation leaves and Rose Gill Hearn Mike's political arm takes over.
She even went on NY1 not that long ago and as I exclusively reported she did an informercial for CityTime stating it works when in fact CityTime -- the Tax Payers Titanic--- belongs in the dumpster along with another Rudy disaster Maximus!

Looks like a lot of over billing comes from military contractors although some are Fortune 500 companies.
