The true LGBT hate crime by Christine Quinn is that she allowed St. Vincent's to close which was a Trauma Level 1 Hospital 2 blocks from where Mark Carson was murdered that could have saved his life and instead of fighting for protective zoning for a Hospital only she sold her soul and the community out for Rudin Luxury Condos.  Quinn did not demand  Cy Vance investigate the St. Vincent's Crooks to protect Rudin's acquisition and her kick backs aka campaign donations from the Rudin family.

The media will not ask her one tough question on her LGBT Hate Crime, Lies and Spin that are in part why Mark Carson is now dead.  Condolences to all his loved ones.

I asked Christine Quinn for an investigation in to why an ambulance took 1/2 hour for 75 year old man that passed out from the cold as she locked out her own district from testifying....

She refused so I did the investigation and the NYPD foil to find out the ambulance went to the wrong location and now I, not Christine Quinn who is selling LGBT spin and lies is not calling for a new investigation in to how long it took the ambulance to get to Mark Carson and how long it took the ambulance to get to Beth Israel?   She won't because she is being prepped for more spin and lies.

Reminder St. Vincent's Hospital was Trauma Level 1 with AIDS Care and a Rape Crisis Center... and Quinn could have fought for protective zoning for a hospital only and a criminal investigation and did not so we have none of the vital care we need but she pushes even more condos, another school banked by Rudin as a tax deduction and proving she is not an LGBT activist or feminist or advocate for kids.

I now call Delita Hooks the Jodi Arias of medical receptionist desks.  Thanks to in my opinion evil Dr. Andrew Fagelman and the corrupt NYPD involved she got away with murder...almost and I never put down my 2 bags on my left shoulder, my left arm numb from 2 injections in my elbow and in my right hand my phone. She went back to her desk after she verbal berated me getting out from behind a long desk to come after me and than insanely violently assaulting me instead of closing the door and lied and lied.  Her medical report from the assault interesting considering I barely touched her doing the bare minimum to get her off my body and the letter she gave the NYPD very interesting so in my opinion Delita Hooks is a quite a violent liar and has had practice and way too much help with her lies and violence this time around from NYPD so to date she has no idea it was her fault and she did something wrong.  HIP already notified me the want a percentage of the law suit if I sue because of all the medical bills because I had to get eye surgery and I am still getting care as well as my neck care.

Thanks to whom ever pushed to to go viral bring the video close to 10,000 views because of your help I hope Delita Hooks can never abuse another patient, Dr. Fagelman's or any MD's that shared the space.  My MD and her partner vacated because she can't have her patients berated and violently attacked. I woke up having a very traumatic dream about Dr. Andrew Fagelman yet again.  I have never met him but seen the photo of him and he looks like he has done a lot to his face to try and look younger than he is.

Det John Vergona wasn't the only corrupt detective involved in fixing a crime a violent assault by a medical receptionist/office manager who got out from behind a long closed off desk to continue to violate my patient rights and she did from my privacy, to my rights to a safe environment to my body...thanks to corrupt cops at the First Precinct Delita Hooks is like a Jodi Arias who has not idea after 7 months and 11 days she did something very wrong.

Det Vergona and get this -- because Delita Hooks and Dr. Fagelman had Jen Desmond slander me on YouTube posting a comment that is an utter lie  -- I did not pick a fight.  I was there for medical care and was not going to take an irrational verbal beat down from a supposed medical professional and did they tell a patient to come to my YouTube on their defense?  Does Dr. Fagelman beg patients to write nice yelp reviews because there are how many warning patients how awful Dr. Fagelman and his receptionist are?  Because of Jen's cruel treatment of a crime victim I did learned some information being withheld from me all these months including the name of the detective that got Delita Hooks false cross complaint and never contacted me.


Well Det. John Vergona was too much of a coward and a corrupt cop to meet me to see the damage to my eye.  Det. John Vergona said to me "I don't care if you have 2 black eyes."

So yesterday I learned the lasted in the damage from Delita Hooks and Det John Vergona's abuse and role in this caused me more harm and his role messed up even me getting the care -- all of this has because I have to spend so much time fighting for Justice.

I am waiting for Delita Hooks to be arrested for a violent assault that damaged my eye and neck and for a false cross complaint.

I had to tell my Mom yesterday.  I pray to G-d all involved are punished including Det John Vergona in some karmic way.
