Harry Greenberg Howl Plaque Dedication 2Morrow 2PM Tompkins!
Here is the first photo of Harry Greenberg the now retired parks dept manager with the amazing brand new plaque given to him along with the stunning tree behind the plaque by Howl for his serve to NYC Gov Parks dept for 37 and a half years! Harry was here for the riots, the drug pushers to the the new population of pushers -- that of parents pushing strollers.
We love Harry!
Usually you have to be dead to get something this wonderful so congrats to Harry! Is it because he resembles Alan Ginsberg

" The Company currently intends to file a motion to dismiss each of these complaints because the respective plaintiffs did not serve a pre-suit demand before filing the derivative complaints. The Company has also received a stockholder demand letter related to CityTime and TRICARE, which an independent committee of the Company’s board of directors is currently reviewing. " "The Company intends to vigorously defend against these claims. " HOWEVER "The Company currently believes that a loss relating to the above-described stockholder matters is possible, but the Company cannot reasonably estimate the range of potential loss in light of the fact that these matters are in their early stages. " Sounds fimiliar, that's exactly what SAIC financial reports said on CityTime.
one more thing on this more extensive filing...does not sound like SAIC is in the clear on getting fired by other government agencies due to citytime.

For under achievers -- slush money is tax payer money and Bloomberg and Quinn abused it to push through an illegal third term denying the People of NYC a referendum.

How can Quinn explain she allowed a Rape Counseling center close & no AIDS care on 12th St. now St. Vincent’s closed.
