I too googled the Chabbat name and found some locals that I wondered if perhaps are related and also very wealthy since Chabbott hired a very expensive "crazy like a fox" Mark Heller (a momzer on wheels? if so perfect for Chabbot) lawyer -- almost notorious -- read The NY Times article on this spoiled kid's lawyer!

Mark Heller has come out swinging but in this case over 2 million YouTube views and people are not buying what Chabbott is selling including the concussion....did he get it skate boarding because it is hard to believe he got it trying to run over a cop with a Ferrari rather than accept a parking ticket.
