Dr Andrew Fagelman, internist, 155 Spring St. Soho (see link below to read Delita Hooks false criminal report that is part of her false cross complaint) and the NYPD Internal Affairs along with Delita Hooks all joined in abusing their power and if you want  proof watch this YouTube of Delita Hooks who violated my patient rights first verbally assaulting me telling me I have no rights provoking me to turn around and try and get help from Dr Vine who sadly was in with another patient and than when Delita Hooks gave me the finger when she got between me and the door she provoked me to film.

There is no reason to strike anyone and can you believe it -- at a medical office and first she repeatedly violated my patient rights and came out from behind a long closed off counter to menace me.  She provoked me to get help and than when I couldn't get my MD because Dr Vine was already in with another patient Delita Hooks provoked me to start filming and FYI she could have closed the door but she wanted my blood.

Now you can read the false criminal report Delita Hooks submitted to the NYPD and Internal Affairs has it as well as her false cross complaint as this video proves and still no arrest so besides the NYPD and Internal Affairs retaliating against me for being a whistle blower who did Dr Fagelman call for some help fixing his employee's savage attack of a medical patient and his employee's false cross complaint both crimes.
