The public sector in NYC would reject you if you were a serial killer but otherwise New Yorkers pretty tolerant -- Dave Paterson silenced a victim of spousal abuse by his best friend 6 foot 9 Dave Johnson and while every honest person resigned Dave stayed on and kept Johnson on the payroll as long as possible. Johnson pleaded guilty to spousal abuse down the road.
Andrew Cuomo rewarded Paterson with a board on the corrupt MTA committee that tried to push through the illegal corrupt MTA SAIC deal with Mark Page and Judge Lebow Patti Harris's husband both appointed by Mike Bloomberg who also committed perjury like Paterson and broke campaign laws ho hum.
