I protest Cy Vance over so many ways he has failed the People of NYC -- his role in the Haggerty Trial and protecting Mike Perjury Bloomberg and Team Bloomberg to Vance's non-action when he should be prosecuting St. Vincent's Hospital crooks but perhaps he fears bring attention to the shady Rudin family acquisition of St. Vincent's Hospital, the Morgy Vance protection of NYC Gov. and Deutsche Bank in their roles and responsibility as well as others for the death of hero FDNY Bobby Beddia and Joe Graffagnino, NYPD heroin rape cop Ken Moreno -- Cy Vance -- will just roll the heroin in to a year -- when I called NY State Attorney General's office to report Vance's handling of the heroin -- I was laughed off the phone with this comment - you can vote him out.

Well Hayden's case has been pushed further back and their is a possibilty a grand jury will toss the case...a strong possibility.
Note: The Village Voice article: Refers to Jumanne Williams being handcuffed....Jumanne Williams in my opinion broke the law and was confident he was and is above the law because like so many people that get a job at City Hall -- as soon as they get it they develop a Marie Antoinette complex. The area he was walking in was for rescue workers only.
That being said back to Joe Jazz Hayden....his past record has nothing to do with this ridiculous arrest which should have been tossed out.
