This is been going on for years three police commissioners two heads of Internal Affairs 3 Chief of Detectives protecting a fast cross-complaint fixing in favors for Rich Dr and SoHo who also lives in Tribeca area They're protecting so many crimes but would start with the first cross complaint and a letter to Det. Dwyer threatening me with the second false cross complaint which would be second-degree assault.
