Please spread the word about Dr Andrew Fagelman not firing Delita Hooks when my
MD Dr Vine demanded he fire Delita Hooks because she came out from behind a long
closed off reception desk to continue violating my patient rights and finally Delita Hooks
tried to beat me up -- a running punch to my left eye damaging my eye permanently and my neck when she attempted to drag me down the hall by my hair...
I also had just had 3 painful injections to my knees because I have no cartilage in my knees and I an MRI appointment because I had so much pain in my neck which Delita Hooks greatly harmed.
I had sent in a private investigator and Dr Fagelman said I was not his patient he did not meet me -- but at the place I went today -- they have a patient ambassador for all patients and they don't tolerate verbal abuse of patients which is a violation of patient rights let alone a physical attack but than again they would not EVER HIRE someone like Delita Hooks

Please watch Dr Andrew Fagelman's Delita Hooks attack me after giving me the finger after coming out from behind a long closed off reception desk to continue violating my patient rights and than my body -- today I had a powerful experience of a great medical group that doesn't believe in violating patient rights -- blaming the patient which is sick and cruel and instead this medical group has a patient rights representative working for us to protect us and made sure our rights and care is as it should be unlike what happen to me at Dr Andrew Fagelman's at 155 Spring St and the NYPD and IAB must not go to medical doctors and their families must not because apparently the NYPD and IAB do not know about patient rights and threatened me if I did not drop charges....sickening so today a positive experience with medical group that understands patient rights.
I am in court right now suing the NYPD and IAB.
