In my opinion Dr Fagelman called NYPD friend (aka 1800 NYPD PBA fix it) or NYPD or retired NYPD patient but I was retaliated against as well.

Lawsuit involves NYPD and IAB fixing violent crime at Dr Andrew Fagelman's 155 Spring St no arrest and corrupt cops seal Delita Hooks false cross complaint burying it with the fact they coerced me in to dropping charges knowingly using a false cross complaint.
The NYPD and IAB wanted to send me a message and with my lawsuit I sent a message back.
