The NYPD COERCED ME IN TO DROPPING CHARGES AGAINST MY WILL WITH A BLEEDING EYE WHOLE IN MY RETINA VISION IMPAIRMENT, FLOATERS, NECK BRACE  AND IAB SAID CASE CLOSED LIKE THEY "COERCION" IS NOT PART OF THEIR VOCABULARY.

AGNES NEVER INTERVIEWING ME DESPITE IAB SGT. DECKER TELLING ME IAB WOULD INTERVIEW EVERYONE IT NEVER HAPPENED.   WITH IN 90 DAYS OF EACH COMPLAINT I WAS NEVER CONTACTED BY IAB WHO HAS LET DET. JOHN VERGONA AND LT. ANGELO BURGOS HIS SUPERVISOR RETIRE.
