Suzannah B. Troy Fed Exs Commish Kelly Project Peace to the Street Stop the Violence Bring Peace

Suzannah B. Troy Fed Exed Commish Kelly Goal Peace to the Street and Hope

Folks:  I have the Fed Ex receipt to prove I sent a fed ex to Commish Kelly with a two page hand written and I write like an MD draft of Operation Peace to the Streets.

It is an idea that would bring hope to communities and even involves community film festivals with activists helping even the poorest with no tech to make a small movie -- maybe a few minutes using photographs to celebrate the love the do have the victories within their own world -- re-focusing the communities and when we finally bring Peace to the Streets there will be actual film festivals to compete with the Tribeca film festival.

There would be regular "festivals" or gatherings outdoors or in that would have all kinds of tables including ones that help on anger management de-compressing the rage to food suppliers donating food like Whole Foods to healers offering free services to companies bizs letting community know about job opportunities and internships mentorships and an emphasis on organic gardens to help grow affordable health food which is there but would be greatly expanded so goals on health, nutrition, careers, anger management to stop violence, more resources from NYPD to reach out from stopping spousal abuse, coats for homeless, etc.

but small films will be taught how to made on computers maybe Apple would get involved and Sony so People can learn computer skills and even how to make movies in full for more the more  ambitious but short films even a few minutes to show love that families have as they struggle to survive in their neighborhoods.

Peace achieved you are left with The Bronx Film Festival, The State Island Film Festival, etc.

It would take years of work but it could happen and also the NYPD would benefit beginning to heal their relationship with the community.

Sadly I had the worse experience of my life involving an NYPD det  First Precinct.
