Dear Neighbor,

As you know, tomorrow morning the Dept. of Health Public Hearing is an important phase in the Rudin/North Shore-LIJ’s condo plan.

If you cannot make it, please take a moment to sign this important petition to the New York State Department of Health.  It’s vital that we show how united our community is at tomorrow morning’s meeting, so please take two seconds to sign this today.  We will be collating and submitting the signatures tomorrow at 9:00 AM.

And again, if you can join us tomorrow at the Department of Health’s Public Hearing tomorrow, please register by calling Colleen Frost at (518) 402-0964 or e-mail PHHPC@health.state.ny.us and give reference CON Project # 111531.  The Rudin/NS-LIJ Condo plan is going before the Public Health panel for approval of its “Certificate of Need”.  It is essential that they hear our community’s voice.  Thank you.
