The young folks of Occupy Wall Street eagerly open up boxes that have been delivered to them -- some where from supporters that had socks, whistles, food shipped from Amazon.com and some sent letters of encouragement.
I was uploading the announcement that RadioHead was going to play for them at 4am today and the computer access via 3g on my Iphone took way too long so I missed the photo op.
They are also not allowed to use a loud speaker so the group chants what the speaker has to say in place of aloud speaker and there is something touching about that. You can hear it at the end of my YouTube when he makes the Radio Head announcement. I swung by and hour later and it was much more crowded including with NY media that had previously ignored them probably hoping Radiohead would appear although the NY Times says officially it ain’t happening according to their rep.
There are a lot more photos but I am suffering from extreme exhaustion so maybe down the road I will post more photos and videos.
