Shawneci had contacted me originally hoping to hire GL but as you can see GL is not in the best shape but from my own visit I can tell you the nursing home is very nice and they love him and take good care of him.

I am in PTSD mode from Dr Fagelman negligence office violence and he went along with the goal to have me coerced and party to gaslighting to protect his employee he did not fire so I can't visit GL anymore but I am grateful to People that do visit and give me updates like Shawneci.

When I visited GL all he wanted to do was play his instruments and most of all return to Tompkins Square Park!

Hi Suzannah i just wanted to give you an update that i visited Guiseppe in Far Rockaway today. 

I think he's being well taken care of by Diane, they let him listen to jazz music and he's clean and his room is clean. he told me he hadn't played music in 7 years - i brought a saxophone for him to play - he put it to his lips but couldn't get enough air out. he said he felt to out of shape to play anything. it was sad, but we played some piano together which was nice. 

 it was a real emotional day for me, I felt Guiseppe was very effected too. because we're both musicians that want to play together, but because of age and health we couldn't. it made me cry on the way home, because we will probably not see each other again until we get to heaven than we can play til our hearts content.  Best wishes.

Here is Guiseppi Logan as with his son Jaee Logan I would meet after I posted the YouTube of GL playing in the very same park almost 50 years later!  Jaee lives on the West Coast and had not seen GL since the British film documentarian had filmed them....see YouTube link at the top of this post!  YouTubeland magic and reminder all my work including the GL YouTube I filmed below was all removed when when I channel was deleted with the goal to silence me a critic of mayor Bloomberg who was running for a third term I did not support.  Luckily thanks to People like you who spoke up for me and Google deciding to do the right thing I got my YouTube channel and was able t continue my work!  The wikipedia page on my being censored and my activism has been deleted but I do exist on GL's wikipedia....

Reminder everyone I became a victim of Dr Andrew Fagelman, 155 Spring Street when his employee Delita Hooks did a running punch to my head like the came knock out the Jew... and I believe Dr Andrew Fagelman got corrupt NYPD to join in committing crimes with the goal to erases all crimes which they did and Dr Fagelman worse than Delita Hooks did not fire her but recently he came in was abusive and mocking as he committed perjury along with Delita Hooks so I have lost contact with Giuseppi Logan....  I am glad my YouTubes have gotten GL visitors!

The first visit I became aware of was a young African American man, a social worker moved by my YouTube and he visited GL when he was still living near Tompkins Square Park... I met the young man by random announcing my Justice cards in the subway and I was drawn to him because I heard him speak and with such compassion!

arm from the key she had on her

opinion false medical report because

I barely touched her and did the bare 

minimum to get her off me because

I had no interest in fighting this violent

The medical visit to see Dr. Vine $430 and
the medical bill to begin to address the damage
from Dr. Fagelman's violent out of control Jodi Arias
of medical reception still coming in as did the cyber stalking, bullying
on line and again the NYPD did nothing and I told IAB I thought 
NYPD involved in some of it like the removal of a video

who else but someone connected to him and the crime would try to illegally

who I reported to Internal Affairs along

attempting to report Delita Hooks filed 

a false cross complaint  a crime commited in Winski's precinct
but Winksi was not interested in even responding.

sending them the email in writing

to NYPD Det Squad supervisor Angelo

Burgos and Burgos never responded at all.

Days and months post 9-11 met many NYPD

who gave me patches and pins now
 in 9-11 Museum collection and I was 
called down because when the jacket was
shown to visitors they were very moved...
I guess I represent them -- the civilians...
the museum wanted to interview me. 

I  also have an NYPD Detective pin on my 

Indian Motorcycle Jacket and FDNY and 9-11
memorial pins....

I also did an archive for NYU Medical Center

to thank everyone who tried to volunteer 

and archive also briefly the good deed a small

group of volunteers service including

one woman who said bringing an 

NYPD Det a cup of coffee at The Morgue

an honor. 

I was given a Lt Petrosino pin with 

his badge number which I loved

so much from NY Police Museum but I

handed it in to in my

It was Oct 16th and my neck was in

a brace and my vision was a mess.

Det John Vergona and all involved in

fixing a violent crime that may require

a 2nd eye surgery to remove scar tissue

soon --- have taught me about 

NYPD terrorism.

In my opinion the corrupt cops fixed this violent 

assault for two reasons:

1) my politics and activism and reason

the media has blacked me out 

although they get info from me or

take from my blogs not crediting me

2) Dr Fagelman called the 1800 NYPD fixing and

Favors hotline and Fagelman and Delita Hooks 

have an NYPD maybe even IAB hook?

After 9-11 I was published in

The NY Times asking for a raise

for the NYPD FDNY. 

I looked up Vergona's salary. 

3 years ago according to a website 

with over times almost as much as

a starting salary he made more than

in my opinion his corrupt supervisor

Sgt Chen. 

If I was murdered I wouldn't want

the First Precinct Det squad near my

body and every reporter who blacked

out this corruption news would rush

to report my murder.

Ironic a posse of retired cops many NYPD

all agree video proves I was assaulted. 

An honest cop in the subway said 

She threatened me with bodily harm,

the key becomes a weapon, she assaulted you,

and than she committed another 

crime a false cross complaint.

Thanks to the good NYPD. 

Sadly there aren't enough of them and that includes 

Internal Affairs. So far NYPD and IAB has yet 

to contact the DA who I don't have faith in either

either. 

Det John Vergona like Delita Hooks a Dr Jekyll My Hyde 

wanted to teach me a lesson. Well he did. 

And a doctors office is suppose to be a safe place

yet thanks to Dr Fagelman and corrupt cops 

I learned it isn't so. 

An NYPD 2nd week after Det 9-11 

downtown tried to tip me for my

free massage in the lobby of 

The NYHRC and I refused his money. 

I feel Det John Vergona violated my rights 

and without every meeting me did me 

severe damage and forcing me to

make a tough decision. 

Ron Kuby like a legal Rabbi told me

to put my health first. 

I pray for Justice as I wait for IAB

to find an ounce of Integrity. 

I won't be paying anything to see a 9-11 exhibit 

or to visit a memorial.  I feel like I paid enough
