Incredibly rude staff and very little care for the privacy of the patient.
When you go to a doctor office you want to talk to a doctor, your doctor. You don't want to explain your symptoms and issues to 4 different persons including the receptionists!
Not to mention the place looks more like a hair salon than a doctor office.
I have no complaints about dr. Fagelman, but I'm forced to change doctor for how uneasy I feel every time I visit.
Throwing your shoes, threatening another MD's patient and than there is Dr Andrew Fagelman's conversation with a private investigator -- that has yet to come out but a few hints -- he never asks if I am okay. He said I am not his patient, he has never met me AND NO COMMENT WHEN IT COMES TO IF HE TALKED TO THE NYPD --- AS IF HE IS GUILTY AND HAS SOMETHING TO HIDE.
The corrupt NYPD detective squad met with the rich MD's office but not me the victim and did Dr Andrew Fagelman quite a favor since he did not fire this crazy violent lunatic who continues to leave people feeling violated and one young African American patient that happens to be gay said he won't go back. He said Delita HOOKS was BELLIGERENT and I also learned about a nurse practitioner who was very uncomfortable with both dr Andrew Fagelman and Delita HOOKS....
