CHRISTINE QUINN WENT ON NY1 AND BLATANTLY LIED SHE WAS ON TOP OF CITYTIME!!!!!!!!!!  I hope Gerald Shargel and Barry Bohrer call her and ask her about that and why she brushed aside 2 investigations in to CityTime that could have shut down SAIC, Spherion, TechnoDyne (and FYI word is Ariel) from stealing!!!!!  Tish James brought 2 investigations and had to worry about the famous Quinn retaliation if she brought a 3rd!!!!!!!

Now Quinn is in your face lying taking credit of lowering Stop and Frisk.  She and mayor Bloomberg are pathological in their "spin" smoke mirrors and lies!!!!!!!!!!!!

But advocates who have been fighting the practice for more than a decade said Quinn was claiming credit for other people’s work.

“That’s a bit unrealistic,” said Baher Azmy, legal director of the Center Constitutional Rights, which has been suing to end the practice.

“Whatever changes that will happen to stop and frisk are a function of 13 years of litigation and 13 years of community mobilization and not a magic wand from the City Council.”
