 When a private investigator talked with this evil creep  when the doctor was asked if you spoke to the NYPD Dr. Andrew Fagelman said No Comment.  He never asked if I was OK he couldn't care less he only cared about covering up for criminal wrong doing  which includes anyone who lie to the police during an open investigation besides the violence and lies and if he conspired with the NYPD to have me threatened and particapred in the lies he is part of the crimes as well.  Dr Fagelman  told the Private Investigator to talk to his lawyer but we found out he didn't do that in all these years until he got served.

 My mother is age 81 and I don't know how long she's going to live.   She is almost completely paralyzed  she chose to have a cancerous tumor  in her colon removed.    She is weak  but her spirit is strong and I told her about the newest yelp review slamming Dr. Fagelman's rude violating staff published Sept 13.

I also allege the MD has asked his patients for bail outs on Yelp and he or my attacker flagged my Yelp review along with a Joe Tacopina styled liar who blatantly lied and was removed.   I hired a lawyer and got my yelp review back up.

  Incredibly rude staff and very little care for the privacy of the patient.

  When you go to a doctor office you want to talk to a doctor, your doctor. You don't want to explain your symptoms and issues to 4 different persons including the receptionists!

  Not to mention the place looks more like a hair salon than a doctor office.
