These photo grabs are going in my motion to not dismiss so a 5 judge can whoops can't  pretend the NYPD did not commit a series of crimes along with Delita Hooks and ANYONE THAT LIED to the NYPD during the course of an open investigation -- anyone behind the scenes involved in retaliation.


The City is asking my case be thrown out on a technicality but I am prepping a motion that will finally not make it easy for judges to not look at the evidence.

Four Judges never looked at the video and listened to the audios proving the NYPD violated my rights and also broke the law including coercion and lying in police reports.  Besides coercion Det John Vergona was verbally violent and yelled at me YOU ARE GOING TO DROP THOSE CHARGES (not it was plural charges) OR I AM GOING TO ARREST YOU!.

The defense lawyer in Federal Court handed in some police reports not understanding they incriminated her clients proving my case underscoring the NYPD lied and Internal Affairs as guilty protecting the corrupt NYPD and Delita Hooks who both lied during an open investigation so both Delita Hooks and the NYPD and Internal Affairs lying including in written documents like Delita Hooks SIGNED letter openly threatening me to her corrupt NYPD fixer are serious crimes.

A list of Det John Vergona's lies are here but clearly you can hear Delita Hooks threatened me with bodily harm to slap the crap out of me as she violently gestures and I back away as she repeated hits me -- you can see the KEYS coming at me as she strikes me and than she switches hands and strikes me with the iPhone and than she throws her shoes and later after I told her not to touch my body she presses her barefoot against my groin touching my vagina -- if a man did that that would be sexual assault -- the most shocking disturbing parts of her attack including threatening me with bodily harm all omitted from the DD5 including the fact I sent the video along with the photographs and my MD's notes. 




I filed out this form and mailed it to one police plaza asking for her false cross complaint.  The NYPD employee wrote what down Delita Hooks lies at the very bottom -- Delita Hooks lied during an open police investigation along with others including the NYPD but she does acknowledge she understood I was a patient.



I forgot another reason Det John Vergona and his facebook friends Det Andy Dwyer, Det Tommy Moran and NYPD PO Eugene Schatz had motive to retaliate against me.

Detective John Vergona lied in police reports verbally violently threatened me over the phone because the corrupt evil coward would not meet me and I was not able to get his badge number either because corrupt NYPD hide their identities like klu klux clan members.  Det John Vergona was going to false arrest me with a hole in my retina and cervical damage from Delita Hooks grabbing my hair after a running punch to my left eye repeatedly yanking my arthritic neck trying to pull me down the hall by my hair trying to pull me to her as she tried kicking me and when she failed repeatedly to kick me the groin she pressed her barefoot against me.

I finally found a Det John Vergona who said on his facebook page he lives in Manhattan but I checked it  with a FB friend of his who confirmed he lives on Staten Island and his other FACEBOOK Friends are Det Andy Dwyer Delita Hooks evil corrupt Detective who participated in lying in police reports and the threats and coercion directed at me including Delita Hooks signed letter to the NYPD threatening me and how I found Det John Vergona to serve him in NY State Supreme court since 1 Police Plaza refused service for retired Det John Vergona is the fact he is married to Susan Balzan Vergona so I was able to track him down and have a process server serve him at his home in Staten Island but the biggest shock was seeing his and Andy Dwyer's faces and see they are facebook friends with NYPD PO Eugene Schatz and his partner Tommy Moran.  Schatz was the first cop I reports to internal affairs and just a few blocks from where I was attacked.  I left a message for Det Tommy Moran that Schatz is bad and the next morning I got an email with a fake account telling me I am a bad artist and gay bashing me.

NYPD officer involved in federal financial fraud probe, including possible money laundering, accepting gifts

An NYPD officer tangled in the snare of a federal probe has been put on modified duty and stripped of his badge and gun, the Daily News has learned.

Michael Milici, a longtime community affairs detective in the 66th Precinct, was placed on restricted detail after he refused to answer questions from a grand jury, sources said Monday.

The trouble began when the feds launched a financial fraud inquiry within the NYPD. It grew out of an earlier probe by the FBI and the Manhattan U.S. Attorney’s Office that involved fraud and possible money laundering, sources said.

Now investigators are also trying to determine if some NYPD officers accepted gifts from Jewish community leaders — including a Borough Park activist with close ties to city officials, sources told The News.

Some officers were suspected of doing favors for at least two prominent local businessmen — including providing police escorts for Jewish funerals.

The cops might have received gifts, like paid vacations, in return, sources said. Under NYPD rules, officers are not permitted to accept free meals, much less vacations.

A number of NYPD brass have been interviewed. Additionally, a former chief appears to be part of the investigation, as well as another retired NYPD supervisor with ties to the 66th Precinct.

Roy Richter, head of the Captains Endowment Association, said he knew of a federal investigation that focused on a member of the Orthodox community.

“A number of my members have been interviewed by federal investigators. All of them fully cooperated and were told they were not the targets or subjects of the investigation,” the union leader said.

The probe into illicit favor trading was sparked by a comment caught on a wiretap by a Jewish businessman, who was under investigation for something entirely different, sources said.

Sources said the feds suspect he gave gifts to cops and bought meals for at least some of them.

Milici’s lawyer said he and his client were in the dark about the feds’ investigation.

“He asserted the Fifth to the grand jury completely,” attorney Patrick Parrotta said of Milici.

“We don’t know exactly what their theory is ... we don’t know what’s on their minds, he said.

Asked if his client had taken any gifts, Parrotta had an immediate adamant response.

“No, of course not,” he said.

It Took NYPD a Year to Reveal it Punished Eric Garner Officer in Prior Case

NEW YORK CITY — The officer at the center of the chokehold death of Eric Garner was given a slap on the wrist by the NYPD in a separate stop-and-frisk encounter — a move that's only becoming public nearly a year after the penalty was meted out, DNAinfo New York has learned.

Officer Daniel Pantaleo was found guilty of making an “unauthorized frisk without legal authority” during a stop that pre-dated the Garner tragedy and was ordered to forfeit two vacation days on March 11, 2015 — just as the city was reeling from anti-police demonstrations.

The penalty — less than the eight-day "minimum" recommended by the CCRB — was only made public recently on NYPD official “Personnel Orders” dated Feb. 26, 2016.

Historically, the NYPD publishes and circulates its personnel actions within weeks, if not days, of any disciplinary action.

Police officials insist the delay was not deliberate, and resulted from the department dealing with a voluminous personnel order backlog that goes back to before Commissioner Bill Bratton returned to the NYPD in January 2014.

"Officer Pantaleo's case was treated no differently than any other, and it moved along within all the rest that were caught in this backlog," a department spokesman said, explaining that the NYPD is in the midst of "trying to reconcile the various components that move the paperwork along and streamline the process."

Pantaleo's lawyer, Stuart London, expressed surprise at the delay in revealing his client's punishment, but declined to speculate what might have occurred at Police Headquarters.

A former top police official noted that "if their inefficiency was the problem, then it was very fortunate for the NYPD and city because, if that (decision) was thrown into the volatile mix last year, when the city was on edge about Garner and police misconduct, the department would have been further demonized and the city further divided than it already was.”

And even if the two-day punishment was exactly the right thing to do, "it was certain to ignite a lot of people," the ex-top official concluded.

According to NYPD and CCRB records and sources, Pantaleo, then 26, was working in the 120 Precincton Staten Island on June 26, 2012 in Park Hill. He and his partner “recognized someone they might have seen in the past” and stopped, questioned and then searched a pocket where they noticed a bulge.

Although they found nothing in his pants, Pantaleo then ran his hand around the man’s waistband, found nothing and let him go.

Following the encounter, the individual filed a complaint with the Civilian Complaint Review Board. On July 26, 2013, Pantaleo was officially charged with conducting a stop-and-frisk without “lawful authority.”

On March 18, 2014, a CCRB Assistant Deputy Commissioner of Trials found Pantaleo not guilty for making the stop, but ruled that he was “guilty” of making an “unauthorized” search “without lawful authority” when he ran his hand around the man’s waist after finding nothing in his pocket.

The CCRB commissioner recommended the officer lose no fewer than eight vacation days.

While Pantaleo awaited his fate, however, he and a team of officers encountered Garner on July 24, 2014, in the now-notorious fatal incident captured on video that prompted widespread unrest in the Big Apple and in other cities around the country.

The atmosphere worsened in December 2014 when a Staten Island grand jury declined to indict Pantaleo in Garner’s death. Two NYPD officers, Wenjian Liu and Rafael Ramos, were executed in their squad car shortly after the decision.

Pantaleo’s previous stop-and-frisk conviction eventually wound its way to a conclusion on March 11, 2015, when Bratton signed off on the loss of two rather than eight vacation days.

Meanwhile, Pantaleo, 30, remains on desk duty awaiting a decision by the feds whether he should face federal civil rights violation charges in Garner's death.

His fate will separately be decided by the NYPD whether to allow him to remain a member of New York's Finest.
