IAB let Det John Vergona and Lt Angelo Burgos retired and did not punish any NYPD involved including Det Andy Dwyer and his partner as well as Vergona's partner and I don't have names or badge numbers including for Sgt Chen of the first precinct detective squad. I caught IAB Sgt Mary O'Donnell lying to me and repeatedly stating case closed. IAB Lt Fikru stated the video speaks for itself but he was only investigating O'Donnell and it was clear to me that he was going to let odonnell walk.
My attacker was and is employed by dr. Andrew Fagelman he did not fire her so they corrupt NYPD and internal affairs sure did him a favor because she committed a crime and I caught the beginning of the crime on video.

Also known as Delita Hooks....I guess Dr Fagelman was not taught about the Hippocratic Oath at Buffalo Medical School but the NYPD and Internal Affairs did him a favor fixing the crime threatening his violent lying unprofessional receptionist office manager Delita Hooks who decided to come out from behind a long closed off reception desk to continue to violate a patient's rights and than a repeatedly violating a patient's body all over the patient's body including the vaginal area.
FYI Internal Affairs Capt. Aaron Wright did something similar but it was to his girlfriend an NYPD Sgt in Domestic Abuse who he knocked out and left unconscious on her front lawn. When the NYPD arrived she lied to defend him and I am told all the women in this video lied and I believe it because all of them violated Hippa guidelines not asking me if I was okay.
