Synovis Injections Today Aggravated Harassment on behalf of Dr Fagelman Delita Hooks Savage Attack
I was trying to get medical care yet again and became a victim yet again courtesy of Dr Andrew Fagelman and Delita Hooks quote on quote defender who blames me for Delita Hooks savage attack falsely talking crap that would make it okay for every corrupt cop to beat anyone that dared to speak up and all abusers to beat their victims. Why today? Why try and shut me up today of all days?
Just before I was attacked last year and than became a victim of violent threats besides the one you can hear and see for yourself in the YouTube below I got my three synovis injections and was also being treated for a neck condition which after Delita Hooks, 135 pounds and acted like she was on steroids attacked me and made a hole in my retina with a running punch barefoot because she threw her shoes at me….it is worse than that….and than she lied to her NYPD pals in a false criminal report and in a letter….
She did not feel I had a right to be a medical patient and have all the rights that go with it and being an American Citizen and as I tried to get medical care today it seems like the same guy I refer to as the "lawyer that called me C/nt" came today telling me just like the NYPD in so many words to shut up and got what I deserved which Det Vergona in so many words said to me after he violently threatened me with arrest if I did not drop the charges which is coercion and a violation of my Human Rights as defined by the United Nations in my opinion..
I was threatened by Det John Vergona who made it clear he represents the NYPD and I was threatened by Delita Hooks twice once in the video and once in a letter she wrote her NYPD pals who promptly sealed her threats and false cross complaint in under a year.
I reported the new comment to Google YouTube but I also spoke to a lawyer tonight as well.
4 days after I was assaulted the aggravated harassment and witness tampering began and I was threatened by a corrupt NYPD cop, a "c/nt calling lawyer" who I believe came today to harass me and drafted Delita Hooks letter to her NYPD pals that openly threatens me yet again if I dare to go the NYPD again and report her assaulting me.
Delita Hooks false cross complaint and her letter read to me by IAB Sgt Mary O'Donnell one of a group I am suing clearly has a threat spelled out but Delita Hooks is fearless of threatening her victim me yet again.

This is the sickest most violent attack of a medical patient in NYC history by a receptionist office manage who also got away with filing a false cross complaint blaming her victim. Wow I got another Delita Hooks defender -- his name "Matthew Huish" who says I need a psychitrist --- sounds like he didn't see his today! There aren't many defending Delita Hooks unprofessional crazy violent behavior and of course I was blamed but every group that deals with victims of crime says the video is powerful and proves Delita Hooks acted unprofessionally, abused her power and praised my work as a victim of crime advocating for Justice with YouTube and cards.
Here is my response to the harassment I reported to Google YouTube.
It is not okay for the NYPD, Delita Hooks or Internal Affairs male version of Delita Hooks to beat someone and you know that or are the one that sees a psychiatrist and it has not helped you one bit because of your mental ill comment. Delita Hooks also committed a crime filing a false cross complaint and in a letter to her NYPD fixers threatens me yet again. Because of you I am now going to print 5,000 more Justice Cards and work even harder to get Justice for me and others. The great news is Delita Hooks cannot try and beat anyone EVER again. The NYPD involved in the crime of coercion can't get away with it either. Delita Hooks was unprofessional exhibiting the worst customer and patient service EVER in NYC history and is so crazy she came out from behind a long closed off reception desk to menace and stalk me. She provoked me to go ask for help from my MD and I couldn't get help because she was in with another patient. She came to me after Delita Hooks made a hole in retina with a running punch. DeIita Hooks is such a violent liar and she has defenders like you but the video says it all. She could have closed the door and violently threatened me with bodily harm when she could have closed the door. Instead she uses the door for balances to begin the physical assault.
Ask Dr Andre Fagelman if he can suggest to you have to get the NYPD - the New york police department to do fixing and favors when an employee of his attacks another MD's patient making a hole in the victim's retina, hurt her cervical spine and for some reason the NYPD and internal affairs so corrupt they are all involved in helping Dr Fagelman get away with not firing delita Hooks and iab did not arrest delita hooks and the nypd involved in coercion and using her false cross complaint and even sealed her letter threatening the vicitm with yet another false cross complaint.
Ray Kelly is being sued right now along with the head of Internal Affairs. Next is to ask Bill Bratton what he is going to do about this.
Changed the title this morning ---- if you click on the white letters of the title on the top of the YouTube it will take you to the youtube and in the text portion you can click on the links to her false cross complaint, the lawsuit against the City, NYPD and IAB as well as other links and info on her violating my patient rights as well as my body, lying blaming me, NYPD fixing the savage attack and Internal Affairs also involved in covering up NYPD crime of coercion.
This morning I changed the title removing the word "violently", adding the word LIED and an exclamation mark to help the video in my goal for it to go viral as one year and 19 days and No Justice.
When I got an actual copy of her false criminal report also a serious crime I added "NYPD Fixed" to the title and added the link to her false criminal report because it proves beyond a doubt the NYPD and IAB fixed this savage crime and proof is no arrest and Det John Vergona was allowed to retire and the City of New York and NYPD chose to pay his legal bills and allow him to be served at One Police Plaza so I caught the NYPD and IAB go way out of their way to protect a cop guilty of coercion.
Lawsuit against Ray Kelly, Charles Campisi ,NYPD and Internal Affairs and as many NYPD as I could get their names but plenty with held and badge numbers as well.
